Ok, what can i do over the summer to cure this? It’s really a problem and my senior year is coming up….I NEED this skill. I can’t live in fear anymore. I also turn bright red at the slightest sign of attention on me.
Please, if anyone has been cured, what did you do?? Is there a course I can take, something online, such as hypnosis cd’s…anything like that?? And please don’t say practice, because i’ve done it plenty of times, it just never gets easy. I will do that anyway, so something besides practice….
Please, I’m desperate! I don’t want to be top 2 in my class just because I’ll have to give a speech!
Thanks!!

Originally published in 1973, this uninhibited story of Isadora Wing was a national sensation: fueling fantasies, igniting debates, and even introducing a notorious new phrase to the English language. In The New York Times, Henry Miller compared it to his own classic Tropic of Cancer, predicting, “This book will make literary history, that because of it women are going to find their own voice and give us great sagas of sex, life, joy, and adventure.” It went on to sell more than twelve million c

Hello everyone I am trying to get over my fear of driving anyone have any suggestions? This is my 3rd learners permit i had since 2004. I am real nervous when it comes to driving. I am nervous of the people behind me as i feel they are rushing me to drive faster. I took driving lessons at a Driving school and i still am a little nervous. I am tired of hearing people saying to me you are that age and do not even have your license. I know how to drive its just the fear that is holding me back.

I really am curious and want to learn how to paraglide, but I am afraid of crashing because of something going wrong, either on my part or on the part of the equipment. What can I do to overcome this fear? I am a little scared of heights too, but I can overcome that more so than with the fear of crashing. What can I do? Any suggestions? I have no problems with being a passenger on a plane or on a cable car or even a passenger on a helicopter, but when it comes to flying something myself, I fear I’ll make a mistake because I’m a slow learner and have to repeat stuff a lot. How can I overcome this? I really want to paraglide, as it looks so fun.

This is a non-paritisan question. I’m asking supporters of all candidates and I’m leaving my personal choice out of it, so please don’t post responses about the +/- of specific candidates. I’m ask if whatever decision you are making this election is being driven by fear of the opposing candidate.

I have a very strong fear of flying and I’ve never flew before but my family and I are planning a trip in the summer in which I will have to fly. How do I not freak out? The trip is 7 months away and I am panicking from just the thought of it!

I was starting to learn how to drive and i was making progress… A few months ago my boyfriend was driving and i was the passenger and he lost control and we rolled 4 times. We only had minor injuries but i now have a huge fear of driving and i freak out if im in a car and it feels like the way it did when it started to roll. i have basically forgotten everything i had learnt and im scared to get back in a car. My question is what is the best way to deal with the fear?
just want to assert the point that it is not a question about should i drive again… it is a question of how do you lose the fear after being in a bad car crash???

Everything that interests me professionaly and privately is hindered by my subconscious fear of public speaking. My heartrate gets out of control making it impossible to talk. Would anyone recommend for or against hypnosis in this case?
