My review for the ’10 Steps to Become a Non Smoker’ hypnosis series by Hypnosis Downloads.
As always I’m impressed by the quality of products from Hypnosis Downloads and this one is no exception. The best part is that you don’t even need to TRY to stop smoking until you have finished listening to all 10 parts of the hypnosis sessions.

Hypnosis Downloads start by sending out a welcome email , congratulating you on your decision to become a non-smoker and giving instructions on how to start the course. I was a little unsure before downloading as it was the first time I had anything to do with hypnosis so I didn’t know if it would work for me.
