If I go without a cigarette for more than 24 hours i feel like im gonna kill someone..In fact i ask people all the time how they can go without smoking becuase I just dont understand it..im hopelessly addicted, and crave the taste of a Nice Menthol Smoke…:)

sounds like youre a smoker too weak to quit an apparantly also like every smoker comes with a lame excuse to justify his smoking habits. cuss isnt that what we all do? find the most pathetic reason to keep smoking an think of stupid things to say to non-smokers to make ourselves look less stupid?? well i quit for 2 weeks now, an i recommend to read the book of “Allen Carr”. he’ll tell you exactly what a cig does to you, its like a fishnet, an he’ll tell you where the exit is. try it

recently i read a book. It says that you should drink a lot of juice. Throw out all your cigarettes and lighter, avoid other smokers. Also breath deeply, not cigarette smoke, but fresh air. You should try stopping cold turkey way. It is hard for a few days to a week, or longer depending how addicted you are. Check out the book: Stop Smoking Book for Teens by Curtis W. Casewit. The author was a smoker too, but he quit. Bet you can too. If you quit, you’ll feel a lot better
actually it kind of is bad. You should probably stop, before something actually happens. There was a guy who got mouth cancer starting at his tongue. they had to cut it out, but the cancer kept spreading. Then they cut off his nose, and jaw, but it still kept spreading. So they cut out even more. The guy eventually died. Anyways, dipping is gross. Who wants to hang out with some guy whos always spitting tobacco juice?

(ok) like i said, i dont even dip that much. a lot of times i will quit for a while. like ill quit for a week or 2 then dip for a week or 2. and i still dont dip that much when i do.
i dipped for 20 years, loved it. then my teeth fell out. so my employer paid for new teeth 60K for all caps and a bridge. so after all that i can’t dip anymore. i just quit smoking finally. miss it but i used up all my free chances with tobacco. eventually it will catch up and snuff out your health in one way or another.

SMOKING GIVES CANCER ITS BAD FOR YOU!
I have been smoke free since Nov 12, 2009. I used wellbutrin to help me with my goal. However, my question is has anyone lost hair since they quit smoking? I don’t know if my hair is going through its regular shedding phase or if its from not smoking and exercising, hence my blood is flowing better causing my old hairs to fall out?
The definition of a junkie is someone who takes in anything harmful to the body…. To tell the truth, I believe it to be a weak minded person to not be able to overcome something they didn’t need before they picked the habit up…. Of course they always leave immature remarks trying to sound smart but in the end.. if someone knows something can kill them and they do it anyway that is a form of suicide, so smarts have nothing to do with it.
The new fire safe cigarettes did the trick for me. Was’nt going to pay good money for something that tasted like a pig urinated on it!

havnt for a week now, i’m in an enclosed environment where I am not allowed to smoke, so that also helps ALOT… oh and not drinking alchahol.
