I am almost 7 months pregnant, and I have tried many times to stop smoking. I am attempting once more. I get alot of pressure from my fiancee who also smokes. Also, he seems unwilling to even try to support me through this. My "friends" still light up right in fromt of me, to the fact where I have to leave the room just to not be around the smoke. Isit even possible to quit with all this going on? Any suggestions?

I have tried so many times to stop smoking and find myself back in the same rut with the guilt to boot. I know that its unhealthy,costly, but yet the addiction part of it gets me everytime.I really don’t want to wake up anymore wanting a cig,or crave one during stressful times . I want to go into 2007 smoke free.any advice would be well appreciated.I have thought about patches,hypnosis,zyban. I just saw a comercial, telling you it could trigger your body to loose weight just by making you listening to a CD and then you just like loose 30 pounds? I personally dont believe it, but what do you think?

I went to a hypnotist show, and I bought a CD to help me loose weight. Im a overweight teenager, and I desperately need to loose weight! Does anyone know if it really works? PLEASE HELP.
